Learn to Jiggle Dance yourself into improving your health and well being.  If you are searching for answers, for help and want to find balance - one's ability to practice 'Critical Thinking', 'Critical Awareness' and 'Critical Mindfulness' can play a major part in finding those answers, finding that help and achieving MIA (one's balance).

Please note - practicing 'Critical Thinking', 'Critical Awareness' and 'Critical Mindfulness' can benefit and contribute greatly to one's health and well being in many more ways than can be reasonably listed on this page.

So, get your feet wet and try the first four lessons to Jiggle Yourself to Wellness.

Remember to take your time, be patient and don't worry - it is all good and they are easy.  If you need help - don't be afraid to ask.  If you need answers - remember you don't need to know everything you just need to know where to find the answers.   But one very important understanding one should know is - never let thinking you are alone mean you are alone.  We are all in this together and there is always someone to reach out to if you simply reach out to others.  Who knows?  The one you reach out to might be thinking they are alone too and you can help them by helping yourself.
